Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect, why, and the controls you have. We keep it short on purpose.

What we collect

Account details (your email, via our auth provider), the content of the tables you create, and basic product usage so we can keep Frax fast and reliable. We don’t sell your data.

How research works

When you run AI research, your prompts and relevant row context are sent to our model provider to generate results. Web search queries may be sent to a search provider. We don’t use your private sheet content to train models.

Sharing

A sheet is private until you explicitly turn on sharing. A shared sheet is viewable by anyone with the link until you turn sharing off. We strip internal data (like model cost and raw prompts) from public views.

Your controls

You can delete a table at any time, which removes its rows and cells. To delete your account and all associated data, email privacy@frax.app.
